What five-axis machining actually changed about our lead times
Buying a 5-axis cell was the easy part. The 40% cut in lead time came from re-thinking fixturing, scheduling and how we quote — here is the honest breakdown.

About us
We started in 2009 with four people, two manual lathes and a customer base of local electronics assemblers who needed replacement fixtures faster than their equipment vendors could ship them. The promise then was the same as it is now: a part that fits, on the day we said, with the measurements to prove it.
Growth has been deliberate. We added quality certification before we added capacity, controls engineering before we added a second shift, and a second facility only once the first one was consistently full. Today Trung Giáp runs two plants in Hà Nội with 34 engineers and technicians, serving clients in electronics, food processing, automotive components and packaging.
What has not changed is the size of the team you deal with. Your project has one lead engineer, one point of contact and one schedule — no hand-offs between a sales office and a workshop that never speak to each other.

Rolling 12-month average
Started as a four-person machine shop serving local electronics assemblers.
Formalised the quality system that still governs every job traveller today.
Added controls engineering, delivering our first fully robotic packing cell.
Opened a 4,200 m² plant at Thăng Long IP with 5-axis and wire EDM capacity.
What we do
Most clients start with a single job and stay for a programme. Every engagement runs under one project lead, from first drawing to final commissioning report.
5-axis CNC milling and turning for jigs, fixtures and spare parts, with first-article inspection reports on every batch.
Turnkey automation cells — mechanical design, PLC programming, safety assessment and commissioning under one contract.
Planned maintenance contracts and control retrofits that extend the working life of machines you already own.
Line-balancing studies, capacity modelling and make-or-buy analysis, delivered as decisions your board can act on.
Inside the plant
Two facilities in Hà Nội, 34 engineers and technicians, and a quality system that produces evidence rather than assurances.

Read the articleA control retrofit costs a fraction of a new line and can be commissioned over a shutdown week. Here is how we decide when it is the right call — and when it is not.
